When my three brothers and I started the Bail Hotline nine years ago, no one anticipated the changes and impact we would help to usher into the bail bond industry. At the time, the market was highly fragmented by thousands of mom-and–pop operations. Our goals were simple: change the image of the industry, offer the consumer clear answers during a critical time of need, treat the consumer as you would a member of your own family, and offer payment plans to make bail affordable for all.
Our first office was in downtown Riverside, CA. We got a great deal because it was tiny and torn to pieces by the former occupant. We cleaned, painted, and dressed the office to look as nice as possible. We made our clients feel comfortable and welcomed with fresh coffee, snacks, and even a play area for the kids, nothing you had ever seen in a bail bond office before. Fast forward a few years later, and we have spread our blueprint to over 25 offices throughout California.
I am proud to say that we are now California’s second largest bail bond company with over 200 employees. Our goal is not to necessarily be the biggest, but to lead the industry and become the standard by which all other bail agencies are measured by. I am confident that with a combination of our vision, values, and dedication, we will meet this challenge.
