Bail Agent Assistant

Position Overview

The most common career path at the Bail Hotline™ starts with the Bail Assistant. As a Bail Assistant at the retail level you are in direct contact with our customers, offering a caring ear; and aiding the Bail Agent in charge with providing an exceptional customer experience. Most Bail Assistants, after training and licensing, transition to a Bail Agent position in 6 to 12 months.

Duties:

• Dealing with clients in person and by phone.
• Working on files and data entry.
• Assist the Bail Agent with any and all clerical duties.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, demonstrate strong customer service skills, bilingual in English and Spanish, and be computer literate.
